Laura Kubzansky, PhD, MPH
Laura Kubzansky, PhD, MPH, is a professor of social and behavioral sciences at the Harvard School of Public Health. She has published extensively on the role of psychological and social factors in health, with a particular focus on the effects of stress and emotion on heart disease.
Christopher Peterson
Christopher Peterson was at the University of Michigan, where he was professor of psychology and organizational studies and former director of clinical training. He held the appointment of Arthur F. Thurnau Professor, in recognition of his contributions to teaching. Peterson was among the 100 most widely cited psychologists in the world. He was a member of the Positive Psychology Steering Committee, a consulting editor to the Journal of Positive Psychology, Perspectives on Psychological Science, and Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and the Positive Psychology Book Series Editor for Oxford University Press. He authored A Primer in Positive Psychology, published in 2006 by Oxford University Press, as well as the forthcoming Pursuing the Good Life, selections of hisPT blog column.
Nansook Park, PhD, NCSP
Nansook Park, PhD, NCSP, is a professor of psychology, director of Michigan Positive Psychology Center at the University of Michigan, and a nationally certified school psychologist. Her work in collaboration with the late Dr. Chris Peterson in studying character strengths and virtues is considered the most ambitious undertaking within the field of positive psychology.
Julia K. Boehm, PhD
Julia K. Boehm, PhD, is a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Harvard School of Public Health. Boehm’s research centers broadly on well-being and investigates how people can thrive both mentally and physically.
Eric Kim
Eric Kim is a PhD student at the University of Michigan studying clinical psychology. His research interests include topics in psychological well-being, aging, health (especially cardiovascular health), and advanced statistical methods. He has authored papers in a range of journals including the Journal of Behavioral Medicine, Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, Social Science & Medicine, and Stroke.
